About the service

We inspect the braking system as a combination of mechanical, pneumatic and electronic components. Uneven braking, vibration, unusual noise or an ABS or EBS warning does not identify one definite failed part. Diagnosis focuses on the affected axle, truck or trailer before the necessary repair work is agreed.

What we inspect and repair

• Inspecting brake discs, pads, drums, calipers and operating mechanisms.
• Replacing worn braking components and assessing whether calipers can be repaired.
• Checking air lines, connections and valves, and investigating pressure loss.
• Diagnosing ABS and EBS sensors, wiring and control-system faults.

What to include in your enquiry

• Vehicle details and whether the problem affects the truck, trailer or a particular wheel.
• When vibration, noise, pressure loss or uneven braking occurs.
• Photographs of dashboard warnings or recorded fault codes, if available.
